Appointments are subject to availability and may require rescheduling due to weather, traffic, parts availability, unsafe conditions, or other operational limitations. Pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, location, parts, diagnostic findings, and additional labor requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and a safe, legal, and accessible work area. NJD Enterprise LLC reserves the right to decline or stop service when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Additional work discovered after inspection will not be performed without customer authorization. Parts, special-order items, diagnostic fees, deposits, travel charges, or other costs may be due before work begins when disclosed during scheduling or authorization.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, remaining balances are due when services are completed.
