Refund Policy

NJD Enterprise LLC strives to provide quality mobile automotive and motorcycle services. Because mechanical services involve labor, travel, diagnostics, and often parts, refunds are generally not provided for completed services.

If you have a concern related to completed work, contact NJD Enterprise LLC within 7 days of service. We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to resolve verified service-related issues.

Deposits, diagnostic fees, travel fees, completed labor charges, and special-order parts may be non-refundable when disclosed before purchase or service.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
